I love Jeff’s! I typically order ahead on their app, because this place gets packed on weekend mornings and there is usually a long wait. The store itself is pretty small and there isn’t a lot of seating. You may be disappointed if you’re looking for a sit down breakfast spot, but it’s great for grab and go. It’s fun to try the different bagels and I like they have fun drink options other than coffee. My favorite is the Blue Raspberry Lemonade.

I always love their bagels, but their service matches the quality of bagels. They offered my indecisive little one all of the samples to make sure she got cream that she enjoyed. We weren’t rushed. When the guy at the register went to clean the door from the outside, he noticed my little one was watching and made a smiley face with the cleaning solution. She literally smiled and told me, “you can tell he likes working here!” It’s the little things that speak volumes

I had such a great experience! I ordered a cinnamon sugar bagel with cookies and cream cream cheese, and it was absolutely perfect. The bagel was hot and fresh, with just the right texture. The cinnamon sugar wasn’t overly sweet, which I loved, and it paired so well with the cookies and cream cream cheese. Both had a balanced sweetness that complemented each other perfectly. What really stood out to me was the customer service. They were so sweet and welcoming. She took the time to explain that they don’t toast their bagels, offered to let me try the cream cheese before purchasing, and even gave me great suggestions on which bagel flavors would pair best with the one I wanted. That level of care made my first visit feel special. I would 100% go back and definitely recommend it to others. My only wish is that they stayed open a little longer — but I understand they’re more of a breakfast and brunch spot. Overall, such a great first experience!

Fantastic! The banana iced latte was amazing, and the bagels were soft, fresh, and perfectly chewy. They offer such unique cream cheese flavors. I especially loved the espresso cream cheese. Service was quick and friendly, which made the experience even better. I just wish they had a location in Raleigh!

This place knows how to make a good bagel but they don’t know what makes a good bagel shop. If you want a place where you can stop in and grab a bite to eat right then, this is NOT that place. If you want a place where you can stock up on some good bagels to take home for later, then Jeff’s has you covered. Set your expectations accordingly. I am from the NY/NJ area and absolutely obsessed with bagels so I’ve been on a serious hunt for good quality bagels in NC and have tried what feels like every bagel place within a 40 mile radius around Raleigh. I can say with complete confidence that there are no good bagels in NC, they don’t know what they are doing down here with bread and most of the time the good reviews come from people with low standards. Jeff’s is fairly new and had good reviews so I went 45 minutes out of my way to try it. When I visited around 1pm on a Monday the place smelled like the bathroom’s cleaning supplies rather than like any kind of food, which is never a good sign. I was surprised to learn that they do not serve any kind of breakfast sandwiches and they won’t even toast your bagel or put the spreads on it, they just give you a cold sliced bagel in a bag wi
